Duża część tej powierzchni zostanie przeznaczona na biura, a na parterze budynku znajdą się lokale handlowo-usługowe. Na najwyższych piętrach wieży powstaną tarasy-ogrody o łącznej powierzchni blisko 900 mkw.
Karimpol Polska dąży do uzyskania certyfikacji BREEAM na poziomie Outstanding i zasilanie budynku z odnawialnych źródeł energii, podobnie jak w przypadku pierwszego etapu. Projekt architektoniczny jest tworzony przez zespół pracowni APA Wojciechowski Architekci, a firma Hill International pełni rolę menadżera projektu inwestora. CBRE jest wyłącznym agentem przy komercjalizacji Skylinera II.

Currently, excavation works are taking place, which are highly demanding due to the need to penetrate through layers of embankments, clay, and sand.
The Skyliner II project is more complex than its predecessor, Skyliner I, due to the existing first phase of the project and the surrounding buildings. One of the main logistical challenges is that access to the construction site is only possible from one side. Additionally, the Skyliner II tower will have technical floors equipped with 15-meter sloping parapet walls, which poses an additional challenge during construction.
