After the scandal came to light, Envy found himself entangled in the controversy. The court-appointed trustee of Pina’s Whairhouse LLC, who is handling the bankruptcy case, requested Envy to produce the documents by November 28. However, Envy failed to meet the deadline.

In response, a federal judge has issued a new ruling, setting another deadline for Envy to submit the requested documents. The judge has attached sanctions to the ruling, including the possibility of arrest if Envy fails to comply.
