The recent decision by the Municipal Office in Gorlice to offer a surprise for individuals planning to build a house has created new opportunities for future investors. The city has put up for sale several building plots, potentially leading to the creation of a new small housing estate.
According to information provided by the city council, as many as 8 building plots located on Kochanowskiego Street have been put up for sale. Additionally, another 6 plots are available for interested buyers on the other side of the city, on Wrońskich Street.
The announcement by the Municipal Office emphasizes that all the plots are located in the intermediate zone of the city, with flat terrain covered with natural grass and occasional trees. The nearby Sękówka River adds to the charm of the area.
Importantly, the plots are fully equipped with easy access to necessary infrastructure such as electricity, water supply, sewage, gas, and public roads. These areas are designated for residential construction, despite the risk of flooding.
To qualify for the first stage of the tender, a deposit must be paid, and the minimum bid increment cannot be lower than 1% of the gross starting price. The tenders will take place at the Municipal Office in Gorlice on June 25th and 26th, 2024, between 9 am and 12 pm.
The Mayor of Gorlice also announced tenders for undeveloped agricultural land on Wrońskich Street. These areas, surrounded by diverse topography, are wooded and overgrown with shrubbery. They have connections to municipal infrastructure and, according to the local land development plan, are designated for the construction of single-family homes.
